Saenger Theatre Pensacola

Accessible seating is located in multiple locations on the Orchestra and Balcony levels. On the Orchestra level, Rows V, BB, and DD are reserved for accessible seating. In the Balcony, the accessible seating is located adjacent to the Grand Tier in the Loge seating. There is also seating in the Orchestra Level that allows patrons to transfer out of their wheelchair by lifting the arm. Please contact the Saenger Theatre Box Office to purchase the specific seats for transfer. Accessible seating can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com, by phone by calling the Saenger Theatre Box Office, 850-595-3880 during normal business hours, or in person at our box office. In addition to accessible seating, there are areas that are reserved for persons with sight and hearing impairments. For persons who need sign language interpretation, please contact the Saenger Theatre Box Office at 850-595-3880 so arrangements can be made.

The Saenger Theatre does not have a parking lot adjacent to the venue. We recommend using the Jefferson Street Parking Garage or the Intendencia Street Parking Garage.  Below is a link to an interactive parking map in downtown Pensacola.

If an event is canceled at the Saenger Theatre, refunds will be made at the original point of purchase. If made through Ticketmaster, the refund is automatic and no further action is required. Tickets purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet or the Saenger Theatre Box Office will need to be returned, and the original credit card used must be presented.

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date.

The lobby doors will open 1 hour prior to showtime, and typically the audience chamber opens 30 minutes prior to showtime. 
Drop off
There are two patron drop-off locations at the Saenger Theatre. Heading North on Palafox from Intendencia, there is a parking cut-out directly in front of the Saenger Theatre.  Heading West on Intendencia from Jefferson, stop at the bottom of the wheelchair ramp.
