Tickets for performances at the Saenger Theatre can be purchased at the Saenger Theatre Box Office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The box office is located on Intendencia Street between the corners of Palafox and Jefferson Streets. On the night of the show, an event box office is available in the Palafox Lobby for your convenience.
On performance days for most shows, the Palafox box office will open 1 hour prior to show time to purchase tickets or to pick up Will Call tickets. Please be sure to have your photo ID to pick up Will Call tickets.
The Saenger Theatre Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized outlets to purchase a valid ticket to a performance at the Saenger Theatre. To charge by phone, call 800-745-3000, and to purchase online, visit ticketmaster.com.
